Where can I get a proxy list after payment?

Login to your account control panel.

When you go, you will see all your accounts, if there are several of them.
Click on the account on which you want to download the list of IP addresses.
Scroll down the page. You will see lists of IP addresses in different formats, TXT and CSV.
And also the lists are divided into different protocols HTTP(S) and SOCKS5.
Select the required proxy format and protocol and download the list of IP addresses.

Click on the balance that is listed in the menu.

Can I Filter the IP addresses by Country and City?

Yes. After the purchase, if it is necessary to divide the IP addresses by Country and City, you can use the free GEO location of the IP addresses.

Which login and password are used for operation with programs?

The same Login / Password are used for operation with programs, as for activation of an account in a back office.

Why is necessary to attach IP of the provider to your server?

Only one user can operate at one account.
The address binding is protection against opportunity to work at one account for some people.
If you give your account to someone and this user enter it before you, so you can't enter your account and work as IP will be different.

How to change the IP address in the control panel?

Login to the new control panel in your account.

Scroll down the page. You will see a field with an IP address. Change IP address.

What is the proxy protocol used?

Proxies work according to protocols:
SOCKS5 via (port 1080, 1085)
HTTP and HTTPS via (port 8080, 8085)
You can choose any that is necessary for your work.

What are the traffic allowance and speed of a proxy?

The unlimited traffic with speed 100 Mb/s. Speed can change depending on a site of the server and the user.

Why do the proxies stop an operation after I have reconnected to the Internet?

Perhaps your Provider has a dynamic IP address that changes after the Internet is turned off.
To restore work, you must enter your personal account and change the IP address to the one that is currently working for you.
Your IP address that is currently working is displayed in the control panel, below the field where the IP address is linked.
Copy and change to a new IP address.

What to do if all proxies ceased to operate?

* Check, whether the subscription doesn't end;
* Check in a back office, whether the IP address of your provider was changed. If it has changed, make a rebinding to your new IP address. After rebinding  all will start to work in 2-3 minutes;
* Check in a back office, whether the list of our IP addresses hasn't changed. Sometimes IP replacement happens in the data center;
* Check, whether your firewall blocks an exit through a proxy if it switched  on your computer;
* Check, whether you changed your access password if you work using the Login/Password system;
* Check, whether your provider blocks the work through a proxy. Try to connect for a while to other provider for this purpose.

How often are updated the proxy lists?

IP addresses of our proxies are static and don't updated automatically. But you have an opportunity to make the partial IP updating of addresses in a private office after 8 working days.

How many users can work simultaneously using one account?

Only one user can work at one account.
Your account is attached to IP of your provider in a back office that is why nobody except you will have access to it.
In case the IP are identical (e.g. some computers are in one network through a router) some users can work.
If your proxy has stopped working, check if the allowed range of the IP address of your provider has changed.

Can I use my account at work and at home?

You can work with the account anywhere, but not simultaneously, because you will have different IP providers at home and at work.

Will be IP addresses different if I buy one more identical data package?

There is information under each proxy package.
Click on the inscription and you will see information about the proxy package you need and technical data.

Whether it is possible to send messages using the mail programs from your proxies?

No, the ports of mail sending are blocked. It is only possible to accept messages using the mail programs or work with post directly via the web interface of post service.

Will I use your proxies alone?

Our proxies can use anyone who will buy them. If you need the individual IP address, you must buy the personal IP address and then only you will use this IP.

How I learn about the end of account action period?

In 5 days to the end of account action period you will get the warning message on your e-mail.

You can replenish the balance in the control panel for the desired amount.
If the amount is sufficient, the account will automatically renew.
This is a handy feature. You won't need to pay every time.

I scanned your proxy list by checker but don't work even one IP.

All our proxies function only through the Login / Password system or on a binding to IP. Even one of your checkers can't exactly determine operation of our proxies, as checkers aren't able to work with the Login / Password system. All our proxies also are protected by a firewall that is why your checker will be blocked during scanning. Our technical support attends to the work of servers and all IP addresses always in the working order round the clock 24/7.
